DESIGN ADVICE
£350 per session · up to 2 hours · in person or virtual
You can get a hundred ideas from AI tools and Pinterest. What you can’t get is someone who has stood in your actual room and will tell you exactly what to do and why.
A Design Advice session gives you one focused hour with a professional who understands your space, your budget and how you live.

A Room Refresh gives you a clear design direction and a curated sourcing shortlist, so you can pull everything together with confidence. We do the thinking. You implement at your own pace.

– You want professional direction without building work or full management
– You’d like to shop with a clear brief rather than guessing

– An initial consultation to understand your space and how you use it

From £1,500 per room · in person · Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas
This is our most complete room-level service. We take care of everything the design, the sourcing, the ordering and the final installation so you arrive to a room that feels finished, considered and genuinely like you.
You’re not coordinating deliveries or making last-minute decisions. We handle it. You enjoy the result.

TURNKEY DESIGN & RENOVATION
From £12,000 · design fees + project management · Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas
A full renovation is one of the biggest investments you’ll make in your home. Done well, it changes how you live in it. Done without the right support, it becomes stressful, over budget and full of decisions you weren’t prepared for.
Our Turnkey service gives you a single point of contact from the first conversation to the day you walk in. We design the space, coordinate the trades, manage the timeline and make sure every detail reflects you so you don’t have to.

– You’re renovating a kitchen, bathroom, living space or whole home
– You want one person managing everything rather than juggling contractors
– You’ve had a difficult renovation experience before and want it done properly
– You want a home that feels personal, balanced and genuinely finished
What’s included:
– Full interior design from concept to specification
– Trusted contractor coordination and trade management
– Procurement of all furniture, fixtures and finishes
– Regular site visits and clear progress updates throughout
– Final styling and professional photography on completion
How it’s priced:
Turnkey projects are quoted individually based on scope. Our fee is made up of a design fee (from £12,000 for a whole-home project) plus a project management fee of 12–15% of the total build and procurement budget. We are transparent about this from the first conversation, no hidden costs, no surprises.

CONSULTATION
Every project starts with a conversation. We want to understand your home, how you live in it, what’s not working and what you’re hoping to feel when it’s done. This is a paid session, it’s also where we decide together whether we’re the right fit.

PROPOSAL & AGREEMENT
Based on our consultation, we prepare a clear proposal outlining the scope, timeline and fee. You know exactly what you’re getting and when.

DESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION
Once agreed, we get to work. Whether it’s a sourcing shortlist, a styled room or a full renovation, we manage the process so you don’t have to. We keep you informed throughout and bring you in on decisions that matter.

Design Advice - Usually booked within 1–2 weeks. The session itself is up to 2 hours. Your written summary is sent within 48 hours of the session.
Room Refresh - 2–4 weeks from initial consultation to receiving your design direction and sourcing shortlist. Timeline to implement is entirely in your hands after that.
Styling - 4–8 weeks depending on the number of rooms and lead times on sourced pieces. We'll give you a clear schedule once the design is agreed.
Turnkey Design & Renovation - 12 weeks to several months depending on the scale of the renovation. A single-room project may complete in 12 weeks; a whole-home renovation typically runs 4–6 months. We manage the timeline and keep you updated throughout
Project Management - 6–12 weeks for a typical light-to-medium refurbishment. Timeline depends on the scope of works, trade availability and any structural elements. We set a realistic programme at the start and manage to it.
